Lake Shore Park, a resident-owned, 55+ community, is located directly across Lake Maggiore on Martin Luther King Jr. St. (9th) S in St. Petersburg. Lake Shore Park is a gated community with gates closing at night and also security cameras.   The maintenance fees are $100.00 monthly and are kept low because of the involvement of residents as volunteers.  No pets are allowed.

There are 191 mobile home units on 11 acres.

 Lake Shore Park is only 10 minutes away, by car, to downtown St. Petersburg. There are many grocery stores nearby:  Publix, Save-A-Lot, Aldi's & Walmart.

Major hospitals including Bayfront Trauma Center, Fire Station within 5 blocks, manned 24 hours a day, 24 hr CVS and Walgreen pharmacies,

International airports at Tampa and Clearwater/St. Pete's as well as cruise port (Tampa)

  There are also many restaurants and local attractions in the vicinity including: the Salvadore Dali, National History, Holocaust & Chihuli Glass Museums, various theatres including the Mahaffey Theatre and the Colliseum, and the Tropicana Field, home of the Rays baseball team as well as the Boyd Hill Nature Park, practically in our backyard.  

Beautifull beaches: Fort de Soto, Treasure Island, Madeira beach, Pass-a-Grille, St Pete Beach, Clearwater, Tarpon Spring are less than 30 minutes by car.


An added attraction for our fellow pilot friends, is the "Albert Whitted"(KSPG) public controlled airport less than 15 minutes away by bike.
