Discussion on how to bring some solutions to improve security in our park. To avoid the spread of theft in our park, a few things could be done by our residents
The bikes
:
 • Residents should lock their bikes at all times if possible put bikes out of sight day and night. Something you can't see can't be stolen!
 • Take a photo of the serial number of the bike and take a photo of the bike. With this small gesture, it is easier to make a police report and prove that the bike belongs to you.
 • During a theft, always make a police report. If we do not report it, the police do not know that there was a theft and think that our park is safe. So it is everyone's duty to report the facts. If you have difficulty expressing yourself in English, look around there is surely someone who speaks English and is ready to help you.
Security at night
:
Many owners have a fear of what happens at night in our park. This is very understandable.

 • If you see something suspicious at night do not go outside to confront the thugs but contact 911, the role of the police is to protect us and security is part of their duties
 • Bring your bunch of keys with you to your bedroom. All keys are now equipped with a panic button. If you see someone suspicious lurking around at night, press the panic button, your car alarm will scare people away.
• If you can install a motion-sensing light in your driveway, thugs don't like to work under light, so if our park is well-lit they will think twice before committing theft in our park
Vehicles
 in your driveway:
• Owners' vehicles should be locked at all times, and if possible hide your controller to open the gates
• If a controller is stolen please notify management so that the access codes can be changed.
• the access code for third street is limited to residents, do not give the code to all delivery people who come to the park, what is the use of an access code if it is given to everyone? If you order something, give your cell phone number and go wait for the delivery man on the street

Please follow these instructions, our safety is important
