As approved by the Board on March 13, 2024, the following are the Rules and Regulations as amended. The amendments and additions relate to the following clauses:

OCCUPANCY: 1st sentence (second occupant) and Article 8 (Domestic animals)

B. MOBILE HOME AND SITE: Articles 3 & 4 (construction/renovation)

C. CHANGES TO MOBILE HOME AND SITE REQUIRING PERMISSION: Article 8 (heat/cool unit)

F. RENTING: Article 11 (privileges
