To current Nexu-Tengo users and future iTeam users.
Current situation:
I have to revisit the email I sent you last week and confirm that we are no longer receiving an internet signal from Nexu-Tengo.
Here is Tengo's response regarding refunds for any months paid:
"If your guests made a purchase and would like a prorated refund, please have them contact our Customer Support team at 801-919-8062."

Status in October-November 2025:
The iTeam system will
be activated by iTeam members, particularly Réjean Laframboise,
Alain Gauthier, and Pierre Bherer. At the request of shareholders, in order to be able to use the new system, an update will be performed in
each unit equipped with the Nexu-Tengo router and antenna.
New
customers will have the opportunity to purchase the necessary
equipment through us.
Subscriptions will be offered at an
attractive price, after consultation with the Finance Committee.
